Membership runs on an annual basis, fees are payable in full and in advance.

Membership is on a per site basis, each office must apply separately for organisations with multiple sites.

Membership entitles a group a 20-25% reduction on our rates for technical support.

CITA will give one month's notice of any increase in prices or membership fees.

The customer is responsible for any replacement parts, additional hardware or software and other sundry expenses incurred by CITA in relation to a repair or service. (e.g. collection and/or delivery charges, mileage and parking).

Telephone support is provided for PC hardware failures and failures within the Microsoft Operating System, other software such as Microsoft Office and other third party products will be available on a best efforts basis.

Telephone support is not intended to replace a site visit - if a problem cannot be resolved over the phone, a collection or site visit will be booked and charged at the membership rate. Telephone support is also not intended as a form of training.

Telephone support does not include Remote Support (dialling into a PC by a CITA technician), this is an additional service that is not a part of this membership agreement - CITA can provide this service (price on application).

Telephone support is available during the normal working week, Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm and is subject to staff availability. For all telephone support call us 0191 256 5015.

The offer of replacement PC systems is a free service, subject to the availability of hardware and to CITA repairing the faulty system.

The loan system provided will have Microsoft XP Pro and Microsoft Office 2003 installed. Any additional software and/or configuration (e.g. Networking, etc) is the responsibility of the customer - this can be undertaken by CITA on a chargeable basis.

The customer is also responsible for the removal and retention of any data when the loan period ends, CITA do not accept responsibility for data loss and will delete any such data before the system is loaned to another organisation.

Priority callout is on a best efforts basis and is subject to staff availability, CITA will endeavour to answer callouts within 1 working day.

Annual Membership fees

  • Up to 3 PCs £50 per annum,
  • Between 4 and 7 PCs £100 per annum,
  • 8 or more PC systems £150 per annum.

If additional hardware is purchased within the membership period CITA reserve the right to request additional payment.

CITA reserve the right to terminate, deny or cancel membership. CITA will give one calendar month's notice, in writing, prior to cancelling membership.
