No travel charge for customers in Tyne and Wear

Northern Rock FoundationTravel charge free zone extended to all of Tyne and Wear.

We have never charged travel costs for service and support customers within ten miles of our office in Newcastle but this excluded customers in Sunderland and Whitley Bay.  So, we have now extended our travel charge free zone to cover all of Tyne and Wear. What's more we have kept the same competitive prices we had last year, with no price increase - and don't forget members get a £10 discount on our hourly rates.

So, if your organisation has any computers why not give us a call to find out more about our service and support agreements.  Let us take care of your IT equipment so that you can make best use of it without having to worry about anything going wrong.

Meet the new board of CITA

Northern Rock Foundation

Following our recent AGM, there have been some changes to our board and we would like to introduce our new trustees: Roger Mould and Joe Kamanga.

Sadly, we would also like to announce that, founder and long-term trustee, John Sadler, has announced his resignation.   John is retiring this year.  CITA would like to say a big "Thank you!" to John for all the hard work and support he has given CITA in the nine years he has been involved.

Lewis Atkinson, CEO of CITA, said:

"John had the vision and ability to start CITA off.  Without him it wouldn't have got off the ground.  He's been an ideal board member. He'll be a big, big miss."
